Conditions

Delivery

You can take delivery of the apartment from 12.00 on date of arrival. We would suggest contacting us to agree upon the arrival time. You should leave the apartment within 10.00 on the departure date, save other agreements.

Payment conditions

at the time of booking 30% of the sum agreed upon should be remitted as deposit. The remaining balance is to be paid in cash at arrival. For the month of August a deposit of 40% is required. Please feel free to send off the following form for more unbinding information , indicating the date of your stay and requesting any information you may need. We shall reply in the shortest time possible with our best offer.

Deposit

At arrival Euro 200 deposit should be handed over. This sum will be reimbursed when the keys are handed back, save eventual damage.

Persons allowed

The number of guests cannot exceed in any manner whatsoever the number indicated at the time of booking. Guests cannot be on a shift basis and the lodgings cannot be sub-rented.

Water, electricity and gas

They are always included in the price.

Bed linen and bath linen

Not included in the price although it is offered based on the length of your stay and the number of guests booked for that stay.

Animals

Only small animals are allowed provided they do not bother the other guests/clients.

Neighbourly relations

regulations ruling respect for one’s neighbor prevail, for which excessive noise and very loud radios, TV etc. should be avoided.
